Now, below right, Oreo cookies are filled with Artificial Flavor and High Fructose Corn Syrup, both of which are banned at Whole Foods who cites them as “Unacceptable in food”. (Source for Oreo ingredients: Mondelez Oreo Website 7/26; Source for banned ingredients: Amazon Whole Foods Website 7/26)

Shown below, COOKIE COMPARISON: Here’s a comparison between Oreo and Cadia Organic. These Cadia Chocolate Flavored Sandwich Cookies — below right — have no High Fructose Corn Syrup and no Artificial Flavors. Cadia has many ingredients which are closest to those we would use at home such as real Organic Vanilla Extract and Organic Cane Sugar. (Source: Cadia Website 7/26)

Seen below, COOKIE COMPARISON #2: Oreo Cookies vs. Newman’s Own Newman-O’s Cookies with no HFCS and no Artificial Flavor. (Source: Newman’s Own Website 7/26)
